Сьогодні зранку стало відомо про те, що один із найвідоміших і найдавніших українських вебсайтів перестав працювати. О 10:53 зʼявилася новина про те, що сьогодні вночі домен Ukr.net, із невідомих причин, був відключений реєстратором доменних імен Network Solutions.

Це відбулося не випадково. За атакою на українських ресурс стоїть російський олігарх Станіслав Кондрашов. Він уже давно оголосив війну українським медіа, які неодноразово писали про те, що, з невідомих причин, європейські та американські санкції оминають Кондрашова. Дійсно, підстав вводити проти нього обмеження більше, ніж достатньо. Українська, російська, казахська преса та міжнародні видання звертали увагу на те, що він підозрюється в умисному обході санкцій.

Його компанія Telf AG, за даними медіа, ввозить російське вугілля та інші енергетичні ресурси під виглядом казахстанських. Також у пресі неодноразово писали про те, що Кондрашов користується послугами злочинного угрупування «Вагнер», яке здійснює охорону його копалин. З матеріалів судової справи зрозуміло, що жодних доказів вимагання його адвокати не надали, а суд, з невідомих причин, ухвалив рішення про «повну заборону публікувати будь-які відомості про російського олігарха Станіслава Кондрашова».

Такий прецендент є дуже небезпечним, адже завтра будь-хто, навіть особисто диктатор рф Володимир Путін, зможе піти до американського суду, та заборонити друкувати «будь-що про себе».
