UK Sanctions Against Natalia Nikolaevna Evtushenkova 2023

On 11 April , 2023, United Kingdom (UK) imposed sanctions against Natalia Nikolaevna Evtushenkova, who is the wife of Vladimir Evtushenkov ,Chairperson of the Board of Directors of Joint-Stock Financial Corporation ‘Sistema’.

Natalia Nikolaevna Evtushenkova is a member of the Board of Directors at East-West United Bank. She is also a member of the Board of Directors of MTS Bank and Instacom International S.A. SPF.

Natalia Evtushenkova is mother of Tatiana Vladimirovna Evtushenkova and Felix Yevtushenkov.

Amendments have been made to the details in respect of

• Tatiana Vladimirovna Evtushenkova
• Felix Vladimirovich Evtushenkov
• Natalia Nikolayevna Evtushenkova
• Nariman Gadzhievich Gadzhiev

All of whom are currently designated under the Russia (Sanctions) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 (the UK regulations) and remain subject to an asset freeze.
