The apartment, purchased by Khayrova and her ex-husband, Russian oligarch Dimitry Tsvetkov, underwent extensive renovations costing an additional £3.5 million. They moved into the apartment in 2018 but as the marriage started falling apart Mr Tsvetkov moved out in October 2020 when he filed for divorce.
Ms Khayrova continued to live in their luxurious London apartment while he moved permanently into Dawn Hill, their £27 million Surrey mansion, where he still resides.

The couple had an extensive property portfolio worth more than £50 million and also owned homes in Dubai and Cyprus which has since been divided following their divorce.
