Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy conveyed on the Telegram messaging platform, “The malevolent nation persists in employing terror and waging conflict against non-combatants. The Russian campaign of terror must be vanquished.”
- General Oleksandr Tarnavskyi, who commands Ukraine’s military operations in the southern region, stated that the Tavria troops, which make up the southern force, are currently pushing forward in accordance with a prearranged strategy aimed at reaching the Sea of Azov. Tarnavskyi reported on Telegram that they have achieved some progress to the south of Robotyne.

Their previous encounter took place in Moscow in March.

During his two-day visit to Pyongyang on Wednesday, he additionally pledged his unwavering solidarity and support for North Korean leader Kim Jong Un.
- French President Emmanuel Macron, in a phone conversation with Zelenskyy, expressed his country’s unwavering support for Ukraine amidst the escalating Israel-Hamas conflict. Macron’s office stated that he reassured the Ukrainian president that the multiple ongoing crises would not diminish the commitment of France and Europe to stand by Ukraine for as long as necessary.
- Estonian Prime Minister Kaja Kallas expressed strong disapproval regarding the photographs of Hungary’s prime minister engaging in a handshake with Vladimir Putin during their meeting in Beijing. The next steps involve seeking approval from the upper house and obtaining President Putin’s signature. In response to what Ukraine characterized as Moscow’s “provocations” in the realm of nuclear disarmament and non-proliferation, Ukraine has called upon the international community to take action. Robert Floyd, who leads the Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty Organization, expressed deep disappointment regarding this decision.
